Standard terms
Pricing
Quotes are firm for 72 hours, in USD per GPU-hour, inclusive of node CPU, memory, local NVMe and interconnect. Egress and object storage are quoted as separate lines if requested.
Settlement
Payment is held by the exchange and released monthly in arrears against delivered, verified GPU-hours. No prepayment to the seller.
Service level
Uptime is measured per node from the buyer's side. Shortfalls are credited automatically at the next settlement.
Anonymity
Sellers see the request, not the requester. Identity is disclosed to the matched seller only, at acceptance.
Fees
Buyers pay nothing to post. The exchange earns a settlement fee from the seller on delivered hours.
